thrifted

Back to regular thrifting! Sort of. This trip was a little different than the others. We usually go to Independence or Holden, but we decided to go Kansas City this time. And then to Kansas. It was quite a day! But we found the best thrift shop.. clear in Kansas. I've decided to make photo taking of thrifted goods a little more fun. I always dread setting everything up in such an organized way and snapping photos. This way was much more fun. I took advantage of the 80 degree weather!
I found a lot of vintage tops and dresses that need a little altering. I wore the bright one in this post, but you probably know that. The wedding dress is for a little photography session I can't get out of my head. It was $7 and perfect for what I need. Curtain, bag, bird, and necklace were all exciting too. Long weekend, so I hope to thrift some of it away. Any good finds lately? I love to check them out. Leave me your link or just comment below!

    1. I definitely will. You do the same if you come anywhere in Missouri!

  2. Of fun! I'm from KC, KS originally. There's a great vintage store in KC, MO called Boomerang. After that, go get some dinner at the Blue Koi right up the street and try the bubble tea.

Sorry, I get excited talking about Kansas :)

    1. No don't be! I love personal suggestions. Especially Vintage shops! I'll have to check it out. I am curious to try Bubble Tea also, so I'll have to check them out, too.

      Thanks!
