My new favorite breakfast/anytime smoothie. Not that I had one before.. but this one takes the cake. I think I've had one nearly everyday since. Also it's under 200 calories, that helps right? It means you can drink at least a dozen a day. I wont bother you with pointless wordy directions. Just throw all of this in a blender and blend until the ice cubes are no more.
