Makes: About 25 sandwich cookies
Cookies:
2 packages red velvet cake mix
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
Frosting:
• 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350
• Mix Cake Mixes, oil, and eggs in a large bowl. • Roll into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
• Once your cookies are completely cooled, put a dab of cream cheese frosting in the middle of one. (About a tablesppon, depends how much you’d like) Smoosh cookies until frosting in flush with the sides.
Eat em up!
